Challenge

Unilever Iran asked us to do a long term project on getting the endorsement of oral care KOLs(Dentists).

 

Solution

we prepared a medical detailing team of highly qualified and trained Medical Representatives to detail signal products to more than 2500 dentists in Tehran for a year. The project strategy was to conduct it on different plan phases because reaching the objective of the campaign was not possible in a short time. The project had to be done in a very professional way and our tone to the KOLs had to be scientific enough for them to actually believe the product and recommend it to their patients.
